To apply for a library card IN PERSON <\/strong>bring your proof of current residence in and we will issue you a card which will give you access to all of the libraries in the Prairie Lakes Consortium. This proof can be a current official ID with your picture and address. It could also be a mailed bill or another official document with your name and address along with your picture ID.<\/p>\n
