Online Resources & How to Use Them


In order to use many of the online services the Library provides, you'll need to use your library card.

Your library card comes with a barcode on the back, and a PIN that is randomly generated and assigned to your card when your account is first registered. See example below.

If you don't know your PIN, you can call us at (262)745-2709.

Give us your first and last name and we can pull up your account and find your PIN for you.

With this information, you can do several things on your account. See below for specific services.


SHARE CATALOG

The SHARE catalog is an online catalog that can be used to renew items, place holds, and pay fines.

By clicking the login button, you can enter in your barcode and PIN to view your account


LIBBY APP

Did you know your local library has thousands of ebooks and audiobooks?

You can borrow them, instantly, for free, using just the device in your hand.


Flipster

The Flipster app offers offline viewing of downloaded content on your mobile devices. To download the free Flipster app, search the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store for "Flipster - Digital Magazines".


Kanopy

With Kanopy, Barrett Memorial Library cardholders have access to more than 30,000 films, for free.

Library cardholders can access Kanopy and sign up to start streaming films instantly.

Setting up an account only requires your library card barcode, PIN, and an email address.
